Royal Mail strike
During December there are a number of days the Royal Mail are on strike. Although only a handful of these days will affect delivery, the other days will affect the network and processing. All of which will, unfortunately, affect how quickly your order will arrive. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
We are doing our utmost to send orders out as soon as we can and via first class mail. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please get in touch before you place your order, and we can discuss guaranteed next day delivery.

We always work hard to ensure your orders are dispatched within 3-5 days however, where possible we may be able to dispatch the very next day.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
In line with our objective to reduce the amount of single use plastic, all orders are sent in new, plastic free envelopes and paper tape (which can all be recycled) OR I reuse packaging that has been sent to me.
Please can we ask that you reuse your packaging where you can or recycle as appropriate as a way of supporting us in keeping all our products and packaging environmentally friendly.
Refunds and Returns
All our of our products are made to the highest standard, but if you are unhappy with your order please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues or answer any questions quickly and efficiently.
Any requests for refunds or replacements will be handled on an individual basis and at our discretion with the customer.
